Treegeddles
Just a quick entry tonight so as not to forget some of the cute things Kathryn's doing right now. For the longest time, she called rectangles and triangles "quarter pieces". We have no clue where she got it, but it was so cute. Well...quarter pieces are gone and they've been replaced by "treegeddles". There's a slight differentiation for rectangles, but it's not as noticeable as "treegeddles". It cracks me up.

More Little Things
Our mornings can be very hectic and I often don't stop to enjoy the little things. Yesterday though, on the way to daycare, Kathryn started singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star at the top of her lungs. I turned down the music and started singing with her. And then today she looked at me like this as we were getting ready to head to Becky's house. She's so cute.
Then over the weekend we decided to enjoy our 38 degree tropical weather and took a walk at the cemetery. It was fun until Kathryn day down and refused to get up. It wasn't fun trying to carry an unhappy toddler over the ice back to the car. Still... It was nice to get out.

Playing in the snow!
Kathryn had a lot of fun playing in the snow. I can't say the same for me. I don't find trudging through 18 inches of snow fun. She sure liked it though. It gave her lots of good snow to eat.

Snow Day
Yesterday, Winter Storm Easton dumped a decent amount of snow on Connecticut. As a result, I had a snow day yesterday and today. After a trip to the walk in clinic due to an ear ache and a cold I've been fighting for two weeks, we spent the day holed up, watching the snow. Jared was home yesterday too, so that was nice. He had to go to work today though. Since the snow had stopped today, we went to Al and Helen's with Pegi to deliver their Valentine's gift. We are so lucky to have such wonderful neighbors.

Kathryn was very excited to go and visit Al and Helen today. It was even better because Pegi was there too! |

Photo Update
I've been a terrible blogger. Since I got my phone, is harder to blog since most of my pictures are on my phone and it's not as easy to write blogs on a phone as it is on the computer. Here's a little photo update with pictures and captions to explain what we've been up to.
